We can change your body, but not till YOU change your mind first.  What the means simply is that the body follows what the mind tells it, so it’s your attitude, enthusiasm, determination and commitment to Personal Responsibility that opens the door to create the healthy body you’ve always wanted.   Make a commitment to  yourself first then we can help you achieve your goals.  On a scale of 0 to 10,  with 10 being maximum commitment, readiness and determination,  select a number that bests describe where you are.  The higher the number, the more probable that  your ready to forge ahead and at that point, we can help.
